Equipment Inventory

In addition to members being able to check-in and check-out equipment items from a club's Equipment Inventory where they are a member, the Club Administrator (CA) an also access and maintain the inventory itself for any club where they are a CA. The CA can check-in and check-out equipment and access reports on lending histories.

Club Administrators can opt (in the club's profile) to receive email notifications of any item that is requesting a checked-out by a member. This is useful if the inventory, as is sometimes the case, is kept by a 'Custodian'. The custodian can then take the item to the next club meet or make other arrangements with the borrower.
