Library Catalog

In addition to members being able to check-in and check-out publications from the Library Catalog at the club where they are a member, the Club Administrator (CA) an also access and maintain the catalog itself for any club where they are a CA. The CA can check-in and check-out publications for other subscribers if needed (at the CA's discretion) and access reports on lending histories.

Club Administrators can opt (in the club's profile) to receive email notifications of any item that is checked-out by a member. This is useful if the library, as is sometimes the case, is kept by the 'librarian'. The librarian can then take the item to the next club meet or make other arrangements with the borrower.
